I started this practice because small businesses deserve better IT
For over a decade I worked inside IT departments and consultancies — first as a systems engineer, then leading infrastructure and security programs for companies ranging from 20-person startups to regional enterprises with thousands of seats. Along the way I noticed the same pattern: the companies that needed good technology advice the most were the ones least able to afford it.
So I went independent. My practice is deliberately small, senior and hands-on. When you work with me, you work with the person who designs the solution, writes the documentation, and answers the phone at 7pm when something breaks.
I take on a limited number of clients at a time so every engagement gets real attention. That means no account-manager relay, no junior engineers learning on your dime, and no disappearing acts when things get complicated.
