Retainer clients get 24/7 monitoring and emergency response with a 30-minute call-back target for critical issues. For one-off project clients, I provide 30 days of post-launch support and a clear escalation path after that.

I keep a limited roster — usually 10–12 retainers at a time — so every client gets fast, personal attention. If my roster is full, I'll say so honestly and can recommend vetted alternatives.
